Every day men & women reach out to me with a desire to lose weight without giving up their favorite foods.
Most of them feel frustrated because they've tried everything, they're worn out, and want to give up. They no longer know where to start, what they should or shouldn't be eating, and need some clear direction.
I began sharing my own journey of wanting to lose weight and be healthy but not wanting to live on just chicken and veggies.

I needed to be able to enjoy life but still reach my goals. I would have clients sit in my office and tell me very simiilar stories.
The problem was that had been bombarded with fad diets that caused major food confusion, or completely sabotaged their health and now they needed something more sustainable.
You see so many programs are so focused on losing weight, having six-pack abs, etc but they don't allow you to enjoy food.
With this program we can do BOTH!!
Research shows about 80% of people who lose weight will regain more than half of what they lost within 2 years. Only left to try to lose it again and again.
Yo-Yo dieting can lead to:

- muscle loss
- Fatty liver
- increase risk for Type 2 Diabetes
- increased rish for Heart Disease
- increase blood pressure
Most people aren't happy with the lifestyle they have to live in order to lose weight. They eventually go back to their old "happy" yet unhealthy habits and end up putting their weight back on and even more weight than before.
This had to stop! SO I set out on a mission to help as many people as I could to "eat what they love & lose weight".
And that's when this program was born!
